He studied at Harvard in 1977-78 on a Harkness Fellowship and was recruited from a PhD programme to join McKinsey on assignments in Washington, New York, London and Hong Kong. He has a First Class Honours degree from Reading University as well as a master's degree from Harvard where he studied Business and Government. |
