Jan is a Senior Advisor to CCP. He is an Associate Partner at Mummert & Company Corporate Finance, Munich, and has over 25 years of international corporate finance, private equity and capital placement experience. Jan has been associated with CCP since 2003 in various capacities, including the setting up and the running of CCP�s Munich office.

From 1991 � 1998 he worked in the corporate finance area for established city firms such as Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW) and Schroders in London and Frankfurt, before being headhunted to join European Acquisition Capital Ltd., London, as a partner responsible for the group�s German private equity investment activities.

Jan started his career with the Matuschka Group in Munich principally in the Group's corporate finance department and has been involved in a number of high profile M&A transactions and fund raisings.

Jan holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) from Stuttgart Business School and is a native German speaker.
