David Jones' special focus is the sale and acquisition of businesses valued between £10 million to £100 million - i.e. 'mid cap' deals. His particular expertise is the structuring and execution of transactions and works closely with other professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and tax specialists.
Following his degree in economics and accounting from Bristol University, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG in London. Since that time, he has specialised in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, working in the accountancy profession and then later as principal for public companies. He has worked with CCP since it was founded.
Recent activities include being responsible for transactions in the business services, media and leisure sectors, acting for owner managers, corporate clients or working with or on the other side of development capital houses.
